Returns + Refunds

We are unable to accept returns on the following products: 

  • Menstrual cups (for hygiene reasons) 
  • Any worn garment  (for hygiene reasons) 

You may return all other unworn garments in original packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase 

The finer details: 

You may request a: 

  • Credit – voucher for the full amount   
  • Refund – the full amount (minus shipping) will be transferred back to your account 

If eligible for return, customers will need to pay for the return of the garment/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing. 

Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order. 

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this has been worn.

Faulty Garments 

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please contact us. 

If you have received a product that is deemed faulty, we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 30 days post purchase date. 

Email us at [email protected] to notify us of a possible fault, including the below: 

  • An image or more of the issue (clear photos only, please) 
  • A clear description of the issue 
  • The product name and batch number (found on the inside of our pants) 

If you have received an incorrect order or item:

  • Your order number 
  • The item you ordered (style/colour/size) 
  • The item you received (style/colour/size) 

Store Credit 

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash 
  • Store credit cannot be transferred between customers 
  • Store credits are applied to the account registered with La La Lady and used to place your order
